We hold your money safely. Choose: full payment upfront, initial deposit only, or custom staged/milestone payments — all agreed and approved by both sides.
Our charge is a percentage of the overall quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you find customers or tradespeople for me?

No. You find each other and agree all work, price, AND payment plan directly. Our only role is to hold money and release exactly as you have both agreed.

Can we choose any payment schedule?

Yes — fully flexible. Whole job upfront, initial deposit only, weekly/monthly payments, or release at specific work milestones. Every detail must be requested and agreed by BOTH parties — we just follow your plan.

How is your fee calculated?

Our charge is simply a percentage of the overall quote / total project value. There are no extra costs for how you choose to split your payments.

How is money kept safe?

All funds in dedicated, ring‑fenced client account — completely separate from our operating money. Never used for anything else.

What if we disagree later?

We act fairly, only using what you agreed at the start. Independent, neutral, no bias.
